Zumba

Every class is a party. Come and join have fun, dance all your worries out and for a total workout that is able to combine all elements of fitness; cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

Pilates

Pilates concentrates on body strength and gives emphasis on the core, posture, balance and flexibility. Provides general fitness  and improves overall well-being. 

BoxFit

A cardiovascular workout which roots from boxing and aims to improve overall fitness and tone the body

Yoga

An ancient form of exercise that gives emphasis on strength, flexibility and breathing , aiming to improve physical and mental well-being through its postures and its breathing.

BalletFit

A form of exercise that helps muscles to tone, strengthen and stretch. There is also some postural and alignment work, elongating and toning the muscles.
